My younger brother, Caleb, was diagnosed with Diabetes when he was a baby. After this, he had to go through being poked to check his blood sugar, and getting insulin shots.
My brother died at the age of 4, on his birthday
We used to make silver ribbons with a red dot in the middle for diabetes.

over a year ago I was trying to think of a design to make for diabetes. And while some people might not approve of the comparison , I thought of voodoo dolls, how they are always stuck with needles.

So I made a voodoo doll holding a Diabetes Ribbon.
